Hi I’m Donna Barnes. I’m a life and dating coach, and owner of NY Dating Coach, here in New York City. In this clip we’ll talk about who buys the wedding ring. And I think traditionally, you each buy your lovers ring. So, the girl buys the guys, and the guy buys the girls. But, it’s your wedding. So, whatever feels right to you, you can do. If the guy wants to buy both rings, great. If the girl wants to buy both rings as her gift, that’s fine too. It’s really all about what feels right to you, and what’s going to make the both of you happy. But traditionally, I think the most common way is for the bride to buy the groom’s ring, and the groom to buy the brides ring. So when you’re picking out the rings, you can make it a really romantic outing to go and do it together. It’s nice when they match. If you really have them tied together in a certain way, so, you can make it a big day out together and really, a special day. And then, who pays hopefully is really not that big of an issue. Whatever makes it easiest for you is fine. This is Donna Barnes, from New York City.
